Key elements of the position include:

- Design cabling and network configuration specific to the requirements to maximise the performance of the data communication systems.
- Set-up and test network devices based on the approved design to ensure the required objectives are achieved.
- Monitor and maintain the daily network performance to ensure the systems operate at acceptable service level to meet the operational needs of Bumi Resources and its business units.
- Perform remedial and diagnostic maintenance by investigating operational problems to identify possible errors and failures in the systems and to apply appropriate troubleshooting methodology to fix the problems.
- Analyse the current systems to identify any areas of improvement to ensure the systems are in line with the operational requirements and technology advancement.
- Initiate actions to upgrade the current systems based on the detailed analysis for improving the performance of the systems.
- Manage the operations of Local Area Network (switches, bridges), and Wide Area Network (Remote Access Service, internet link, routers, ISA Server, firewall, security and Demarcation Zone).
- Operates network monitoring, filtering, and reporting tools (HP Oven View, Network Node Manager, Sniffer investigator, Websense enterprise, and Telemate Netspective).
- Liaise with relevant consultants, contractors, and vendors to keep update with the current technology and to outsource improvement and upgrading projects.
- Maintain technical documentation of system design configurations and change log-book.

Qualifications & Experience :

- Tertiary qualification (S1 degree) in Information Technology based business discipline (Computer or Informatics) from a reputable Indonesian or International University, with 3 years experience at Specialist or Supervisory level in mining or oil and gas industry.

2. Specialist Computer Operation – Data Center(Code: SCO-DC)

Main elements of the position description include:

- Administer the central computer systems to support user requirement and provide maximum services from the network systems.
- Install and upgrade operating systems on central computer system to provide efficient operating of the computer systems.
- Provide full technical support in Windows and UNIX system management to gain maximum benefit from both servers.
- Ensure, maintain, and control UNIX and Windows for BR’s standard applications (ERP, HRMS, Safety Systems, Budget & Forecast systems, etc) that comply with BR’s policies and procedures.
- Administer the email messaging system to ensure the system is reliable for business communication and data transfer within internal BR and with external parties.

Qualifications & Experience :

- Tertiary qualification (S1 degree) in Commerce or Information Technology from a reputable Indonesian or International University, with 3 years experience in IT Management, preferably in the mining or oil and gas industry.

- Minimum S1 graduate in relevant fields with at least 5 years working experience in occupational health and safety, preferably within a mining operation environment and including safety audits.
- Excellent report writing both in Indonesian and English.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills for liaising with customers.
- Excellent presentation skills both in Bahasa Indonesia and English to present audit plan during opening meeting and audit results during feedback meeting.

3. PROSES DAN PROSEDUR LAMARAN
a. Lakukan registrasi lamaran melalui situs http://rekrutmen.pln.co.id:8080. Saat pengisian agar dipastikan untuk mengisi formulir dengan benar dan lengkap karena pelamar hanya bisa mengisi formulir satu kali dan tidak dapat diubah setelah menekan tombol Daftar.
b. Kesalahan pengisian sehingga mengakibatkan pelamar tidak lolos pada tahap registrasi ini menjadi tanggung jawab masing-masing pelamar dan pelamar tidak berhak untuk mengikuti tahap berikutnya.
c. Setelah tombol Daftar di klik, akan muncul halaman untuk mencetak kelengkapan berkas lamaran bagi pelamar yang dinyatakan lolos. Berkas ini diperlukan pada tahap selanjutnya (Verifikasi Dokumen). Pelamar yang tidak lolos/gugur tidak bisa melanjutkan ke tahap berikutnya.
d. Cetak kelengkapan berkas lamaran tersebut, yaitu:
1. Surat Lamaran.
2. Daftar Riwayat Hidup.
3. Surat Pernyataan tentang bersedia ditempatkan di Unit dan Wilayah Kerja PT PLN (Persero) di seluruh Indonesia dan tidak terlibat penyalahgunaan narkoba.
e. Isi dan tanda tangani seluruh berkas lamaran tersebut di atas. Khusus untuk Surat Pernyataan, agar ditandatangani di atas materai Rp. 6.000,00.
f. Lengkapi berkas lamaran dengan seluruh dokumen pendukung yang dipersyaratkan, yaitu:
1. Surat Keterangan sehat dan tidak buta warna;
2. Foto kopi akte/surat kelahiran
3. Foto kopi ijazah terakhir atau surat keterangan lulus yang dilegalisir
4. Foto kopi transkrip nilai yang dilegalisir
5. Foto kopi KTP yang masih berlaku
6. Pasfoto berwarna terbaru ukuran 4X6 sebanyak 3 (tiga) lembar
g. Masukkan semua berkas lamaran dan dokumen pendukung ke dalam satu map untuk diserahkan pada saat verifikasi dokumen. Waktu dan tempat verifikasi dokumen akan diberitahukan sewaktu-waktu melalui e-mail atau melalui website PT PLN (Persero).
h. Apabila pada saat verifikasi dokumen ada ketidak sesuaian antara dokumen dan data pelamar yang diisikan pada formulir Registrasi Online, maka pendaftar dinyatakan tidak lolos atau gugur.
i. Pelamar yang tidak lolos seleksi Registrasi Online, tidak perlu menyerahkan dokumen untuk verifikasi.
4. PERSIAPAN SEBELUM MENGAJUKAN LAMARAN
Untuk menghemat waktu akses dan mengurangi kesalahan data pada saat pelamar mengisi formulir di Registrasi Online, pelamar dihimbau untuk mempersiapkan seluruh data dan dokumen pendukung yang diperlukan. Pelamar dapat juga memasukkan file scan pas foto dengan besar file maksimal 200 Kb.
5. LAIN – LAIN.
a) Tes/Seleksi bersifat nasional untuk seluruh lokasi tes, dilaksanakan dengan metoda dan ketentuan / persyaratan yang sama.
b) Pelamar yang sudah pernah mengirimkan lamaran sebelumnya dinyatakan tidak berlaku dan diwajibkan mengajukan kembali sesuai ketentuan di atas.
c) Surat lamaran yang telah dikirim/diterima tidak dapat ditarik kembali.

3.Ilmu Ekonomi (Jurusan Studi Pembangunan, Manajemen, Akuntansi).

4.Sastra/Ilmu Pengetahuan Budaya (Arab, China, Inggris, Jepang, Perancis, Rusia, dan Spanyol).

b. Lulusan Perguruan Tinggi Negeri, Perguruan Tinggi Swasta atau
Perguruan Tinggi Luar Negeri yang terakreditasi Badan Akreditasi

* Sarjana (S1) minimal 2,75 (dua koma tujuh lima);

Perguruan Tinggi luar negeri yang terakreditasi oleh Badan Akreditasi
Nasional Perguruan Tinggi dengan persyaratan IPK: minimal 2,75 (dua

III. PENDAFTARAN
a.Melakukan REGISTRASI ONLINE melalui website
www.deplu.go. id dan mencetak formulir registrasi beserta pernyataan
menyetujui ketentuan dan syarat yang ditetapkan.

b.Registrasi online harus disertai dengan pengiriman berkas lamaran
yang disampaikan kepada Panitia Penerimaan CPNS Deplu Tahun Anggaran
2008.

c.Setiap Pelamar hanya diperkenankan mengirimkan satu berkas lamaran
dan mendaftar hanya untuk satu kategori seleksi PDK atau BPKRT atau PK.

d.Registrasi online baru akan diproses setelah Panitia menerima berkas
lamaran yang disampaikan melalui Pos Tercatat mulai tanggal 11s/d 31
Juli 2008 (CAP POS) dan sudah diterima Panitia selambat-lambatnya
tanggal 4 Agustus 2008, ditujukan kepada:

i.Surat Pernyataan Menyetujui Ketentuan dan Syarat yang telah dicetak dibubuhi meterai Rp.6.000;

ii.Fotokopi KTP yang masih berlaku/Fotokopi Paspor bagi pelamar dari luar negeri;

iii.Daftar Riwayat Hidup terakhir;

iv. Satu lembar fotokopi ijazah (D3, S1, S2, dan/atau S3) berikut
transkrip nilai yang sudah dilegalisir (cap dan tanda tangan asli) oleh
Dekan/Direktur Program atau Ditjen Dikti Depdiknas bagi lulusan
Perguruan Tinggi Luar Negeri (Surat Keterangan Kelulusan/Ijazah
Sementara dapat diterima, dengan syarat Pelamar dapat menyertakan Surat
Pernyataan dari Pimpinan Universitas yang menyatakan bahwa pihak
Universitas sudah dapat mengeluarkan Ijazah Asli yang bersangkutan pada
saat akan mengikuti Ujian Tahap Akhir (Tes Pemeriksaan Psikologi dan
Wawancara Substansi, serta Tes Penguasaan Teknologi
Informasi/Komputer) , yang dijadwalkan akan dilaksanakan pada
pertengahan bulan Oktober 2008. Bagi Pelamar yang tidak dapat
menunjukkan Ijazah Asli, maka yang bersangkutan dinyatakan gugur dan
tidak dapat mengikuti Ujian Tahap Akhir);
Catatan: bagi lulusan luar negeri yang memiliki transkrip nilai
tidak berskala 4.0 harap melampirkan konversi transkrip nilai dengan
skala 4.0 yang disahkan oleh Ditjen Dikti Depdiknas.

v.Fotokopi Akte Kelahiran;

vi.Surat Keterangan Sehat dari dokter (terbaru);

vii.Fotokopi tanda pencari kerja (kartu kuning Depnaker) yang masih berlaku;

viii.Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian (SKCK) yang masih berlaku;

ix.Pas foto terakhir ukuran 3×4 (berwarna) sebanyak 3 lembar: 1 lembar
foto ditempel di formulir lamaran dan 2 lembar lainnya ditulisi nama
pelamar di bagian belakang foto.

g.Lamaran beserta lampiran tersebut pada butir (e) disusun rapi sesuai
urutan di atas dalam map kertas jepit berlubang dengan warna:
i.Biru untuk S1 - PDK;

ii.Kuning untuk S2 - PDK;

iii.Putih untuk S3 - PDK;

iv.Hijau untuk D3 - BPKRT; dan

v.Merah untuk D3 - PK.
h.Map lamaran beserta lampiran dimasukkan ke dalam amplop warna
coklat dan ditulis pada pojok kiri atas kode lamaran PDK atau BPKRT
atau PK.

i.Berkas lamaran yang tidak memenuhi persyaratan tersebut di atas tidak akan diproses.

j.Berkas lamaran yang diterima Panitia menjadi milik Panitia dan tidak dapat diminta kembali oleh Pelamar.
IV. TAHAPAN DAN JADWAL SELEKSI
Seleksi penerimaan PDK, BPKRT dan PK dilakukan dengan tahapan-tahapan sebagai berikut:

1.Seleksi Administratif;

2.Ujian Tulis Substansi dalam Bahasa Indonesia dan Inggris (meliputi
masalah nasional, internasional dan pengetahuan umum) dijadwalkan akan
dilaksanakan pada tanggal 6 September 2008 (PDK) dan 7 September 2008
(BPKRT dan PK). Tempat pelaksanaan ujian akan ditentukan kemudian;

3.Ujian Kemampuan/Penguasaa n Bahasa Inggris atau Bahasa Asing Lainnya
(Arab, China, Inggris, Jepang, Perancis, Rusia, dan Spanyol)
berdasarkan pilihan peserta, dijadwalkan akan dilaksanakan pada awal
bulan Oktober 2008. Tempat pelaksanaan ujian akan ditentukan kemudian;

4. Tes Pemeriksaan Psikologi dan Wawancara Substansi serta Tes
Penguasaan Teknologi Informasi/Komputer dijadwalkan akan dilaksanakan
pada pertengahan bulan Oktober 2008. Tempat pelaksanaan ujian akan
ditentukan kemudian;

5. Peserta yang lulus pada setiap tahapan ujian akan diumumkan melalui website Deplu www.deplu.go. id.

6.Seleksi dilakukan dengan sistem gugur dan keputusan Panitia tidak dapat diganggu gugat.
V.PENGUMUMAN HASIL SELEKSI ADMINISTRATIF DAN PENGAMBILAN KARTU TANDA PESERTA UJIAN
1. Hanya Peserta yang telah melakukan registrasi online dan
memenuhi seluruh persyaratan untuk melamar/persyaratan pendaftaran,
yang akan diloloskan dalam tahapan Seleksi Administratif. Hasil Seleksi
Administratif dijadwalkan akan diumumkan pada tanggal 23 Agustus 2008
melalui website Deplu www.deplu.go. id.
2. Pelamar yang telah
dinyatakan lolos tahapan Seleksi Administratif diwajibkan untuk
mengambil Kartu Tanda Peserta Ujian sebagai syarat mengikuti Ujian
Tulis Substansi.

3. Kartu Tanda Peserta Ujian harus diambil sendiri oleh peserta ujian
di Pusdiklat Deplu, Jalan Sisingamangaraja No. 73, Jakarta Selatan,
dengan menunjukkan kartu identitas diri. Apabila Peserta mewakilkan
pengambilan Kartu Tanda Peserta Ujian kepada pihak ketiga, maka
diperlukan Surat Kuasa bermeterai dengan menunjukkan kartu identitas
diri Peserta dan Penerima Kuasa, serta menyerahkan fotokopi kartu
identitas diri dimaksud.

4.Jadwal pengambilan Kartu Tanda Peserta Ujian dijadwalkan akan diumumkan kemudian melalui website Deplu www.deplu.go. id.
VI. LAIN-LAIN
1.Seleksi masuk Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil Departemen Luar Negeri tidak dipungut biaya.

2. Departemen Luar Negeri tidak bertanggung jawab atas pungutan atau
tawaran berupa apapun oleh oknum-oknum yang mengatasnamakan Departemen
Luar Negeri atau Panitia, sehingga Peserta diharapkan tidak melayani
tawaran-tawaran untuk mempermudah penerimaan sebagai Calon Pegawai
Negeri Sipil Departemen Luar Negeri.

3. Bagi mereka yang telah dinyatakan lulus hingga tahapan terakhir
seleksi, tetapi mengundurkan diri diwajibkan mengganti biaya yang telah
dikeluarkan Panitia sebesar Rp 15.000.000,- (Lima Belas Juta Rupiah)
untuk PDK dan Rp 10.000.000,- (Sepuluh Juta Rupiah) untuk BPKRT dan PK.

4. Lamaran yang dikirimkan kepada Departemen Luar Negeri sebelum pengumuman ini dianggap tidak berlaku.

5. Informasi resmi yang terkait dengan seleksi CPNS Deplu 2008 hanya dapat dilihat dalam website Deplu www.deplu.go. id. Para pelamar disarankan untuk terus memantaunya.
